Jungle in the Basement

A 14' tall by 6' wide green wall bursts thru the rustic aged barn wood planks in the East Village of New York.    Fully irrigated, this jungle is also an amazing natural air purifier with beautiful wonder workers like:   Aplenium nidus, Asplenium nidus 'Crispy Wave', Epipremnum aureum, Epipremnum aureum 'Neon', Phlidendron "Brasil", Nephrolepis exaltata.

Life in New York can be pretty intense when you consider that it has an estimated population of 1.645 million people (2015 census bureau) living on just 22.83 square miles, or 59.1 km!  If there's any city that appreciates a good air purifying wall, it's the borough of Manhattan in New York City.
